- Walk through the small Alcantara waterfalls and natural pools with the possibility to relax in nature Jacuzzi.
- Walk in a volcanic path on Etna and visit to some flank craters with stunning volcanic landscape and unforgettable panoramas.
- Visit to the lava flow from 2002, last big eruption on Etna which destroyed the touristic village of Piano Provenza.
- Visit to a beautiful volcanic cave with an interesting and fascinating history (helmets and torches provided for free).
After the pick up from your accommodation or in a prearranged meeting place, we travel by vehicle in the legendary Alcantara river, one of the few examples in the world of a river that flow thorughlava flows. We explore its famous gorges, volcanic canyons created by the water of incomparable beauty. We take the opportunity for a nice swim in its crystal clear waters. In the nearby we visit some small waterfalls and natural pools where we can relax sitting inside them enjoying this nature jacuzzi.
On Etna we visit some flank craters reached by a beautiful volcanic path between rich forests and desolate lava fields; the volcanic landscape reveal itself in its immense beauty and the panorama from the top of the craters remains indelible in the mind. It is also visited the lava flow from the eruption in 2002, which is the last destructive eruption of Etna overwhelming the tourist village of Piano Provenzana. Finally we will explore a volcanic cave originated by a prehistoric eruption and characterized by unique geological formations and a fascinating history.
